Contracts
A Non Refundable deposit is due at the time of signing the contract to secure your event date. The balance of the rental amount is due prior to the event. If payment is not received in full prior to your event – your event will be cancelled. If there is an issue with making a payment, please contact the italowellesley@gmail.com to stay in clear and consistent communication.
Payment options include: Cash or Check. PayPal Online will be available in the near future. Please make check out to the Italo American Educational Club.
Cancellation of a signed contract is after 7 days of signing only. (Under extreme situations the Italo Executive Committee will review and consider reasoning for cancellation – again you must stay in constant communication with Italo's Function Hall Manager.)
